I had the pleasure of photographing Emily and her husband for her maternity session. She sent inspiration images that I was able to come to life! As a first time mother, she was excited to show off her baby bump and glowed throughout the whole process. Now, she is a mom to a beautiful princess.

The Maternity Experience
Whether this pregnancy has been easy or hard, you are here and soon enough those flutters that you feel on the inside will soon be kicking on the outside.
As much as I love to style you and photograph this momentous time, it wouldn't be possible without the planning behind the scenes-every detail, every inspiration, and every once of communication.

Planning ahead of time will be your best friend. Typically maternity sessions take place between 32-36 weeks pregnant.
To inquire, a complimentary 15 minute over the phone consultation is needed to determine availability and reassurance that we are the right fit for each other.

1. Say Hello
After our over the phone consultation, I'll send you an email with all the information we've discussed.
If you'd like to proceed, simply texting or emailing me will start the process and a non-refundable retainer and a signed contract will finalize your booking.
2. Schedule it
Now, here comes the fun part! When booking 3 weeks or more ahead of time, it gives us the opportunity to really dive into the endless possibilities of what you want your maternity session to look like.
Do you want glam and glitz or simple and casual or something in between?
Will your spouse and other children be included or do you want all the attention to yourself?
We explore all the options to really make this session something that is special for you.
3. Planning it
Whoop! Whoop! Your session is finally here! This is your moment to shine! Get your hair and makeup done and don't forget your nails too! As much as this pregnancy has had it's ups and downs, now is the time to pamper yourself and show off that pregnancy glow!
Best part? You don't have to worry about your wardrobe as I offer a complimentary maternity client closet to use during your session!
4. Your Session
Approximately two weeks after your session, you'll come back into the studio for your viewing and ordering session. There you'll get to see all your images beautifully edited and ready to be purchased. You can choose between my Mini Collection or my Create Your Own Collection.
My most popular is the Create Your Own Collection because it allows you to keep all the digital images I end up editing.

5. Your Photographs

Digital collections from $250
To secure your date, a non-refundable session fee of $150.00 is due upon booking.
This does not include any digital images.
Digital images and printed artwork are purchased at the viewing and ordering session approximately two weeks after your session.
The Investment Details
I never had the chance to take processional pictures taken but being able to have my maternity, new born, and family pictures with ANE Photography was truly a blessing and such a heartwarming experience for me and my family! Carmen is very professional and such a great, charismatic, and joyful photographer. Having a toddler trying to take picture is very stressful at times but yet working with them it brought out his little personality! Definitely recommend and will be going with ANE Photography for my future family and kid pictures!

I just want to say Alejandra is super personable and very talented at her craft. You can tell that she is passionate about photography by how patient and attentive to detail she is. My newborn was very fussy during the photoshoot and Alejandra was very understanding and even helped me soothe my newborn. There are not enough words to describe how amazing each and every photo that Alejandra took is. She has a magical way of finding the perfect angle, lighting, and of course expressions. She had so many wonderful props and was able to do so much!! I cried at how wonderful my newborn's photographs came out and I will cherish them forever. I 100% recommend her.

Carmen made our first family photo shoot a wonderful experience. She was super responsive to my emails and took the time to help me decide on which backdrops to use for the shoot. She is professional, personable, and great with kids. My daughter constantly asks when we can go see Carmen again and take more pictures. Our photos are beautiful. She gave great direction and posed us perfectly. Everything from the lighting and the angles exceeded my expectations. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be booking with her again!
