Hi, I'm Carmen
I am so excited you're here! I want you to feel like family where my hope is that I will be photographing your family for years to come.
I am a wife, mother of four and a lover of all things glitter! You can often find me daydreaming of my next vacation or studying up on something to expand my knowledge. You'll find that my personality is laid back with a kick of determination. I'd say I am a calm, loving, God fearing person who enjoys the simple things in life. One word to describe me is determined-once I put my mind to something, I won't stop until I achieve it.
As the oldest of two, I've always taken the leadership role with stride and ever since I was little I always imagined owning my own business. However, It never occured to me that my hobby of taking pictures would ever be a profitable business.
It wasn't until my youngest was reaching a milestone that I hired a wonderful photographer and absolutely fell in love with the experience. It's strange to say but everything just fell into place and I began my journey of education to learn how to properly photograph families and newborns. Established in February 2021, my journey of becoming a business owner as a photographer began and it's only been growing since then.

My biggest motivation lies between these four faces (soon to be five)
A for AnaSofia-smart and kind young lady who embraces the big sister role with grace.
N for Nathaniel-a funny and intelligent boy who brings joy into our life.
E for Elijah-a gentle but bossy little boy who is the perfect addition to our family.
In July, we welcomed little J for Jeremiah-the little boy we weren't expecting, but God knew we needed!
Last but not least, the hubby who supports all my crazy ideas. Without him, ANE wouldn't be possible.
Family
I give a lot of credit to my family for the support and love that they give me however, there is no one that has helped me through this process more than God has. I am infinitely grateful for the opportunity of being a business women and give glory to the One who has given me the patience, the intelligence, the strength and determination to continue on this journey.
Faith in Jesus
Another thing that brings pleasure into my life is seeing my kid's faces everytime we board a plane. Up to date, my favorite vacation is planning a whole Disney trip without my husband and kids knowing. I did all the packing, got in contact with my husband's boss to ask for the time off and didn't tell anyone until it was time to get in the uber to drive to the airport! My husband was dumbfounded that he never suspected a thing!
Traveling
I never had the chance to take processional pictures taken but being able to have my maternity, new born, and family pictures with ANE Photography was truly a blessing and such a heartwarming experience for me and my family! Carmen is very professional and such a great, charismatic, and joyful photographer. Having a toddler trying to take picture is very stressful at times but yet working with them it brought out his little personality! Definitely recommend and will be going with ANE Photography for my future family and kid pictures!

I just want to say Alejandra is super personable and very talented at her craft. You can tell that she is passionate about photography by how patient and attentive to detail she is. My newborn was very fussy during the photoshoot and Alejandra was very understanding and even helped me soothe my newborn. There are not enough words to describe how amazing each and every photo that Alejandra took is. She has a magical way of finding the perfect angle, lighting, and of course expressions. She had so many wonderful props and was able to do so much!! I cried at how wonderful my newborn's photographs came out and I will cherish them forever. I 100% recommend her.

Best photography experience me and my son have had! Carmen did an AMAZING job with getting my son to smile and look at the camera. He did so well and the photos came out beautiful! I would definitely recommend ANE. 10/10 experience!

Carmen made our first family photo shoot a wonderful experience. She was super responsive to my emails and took the time to help me decide on which backdrops to use for the shoot. She is professional, personable, and great with kids. My daughter constantly asks when we can go see Carmen again and take more pictures. Our photos are beautiful. She gave great direction and posed us perfectly. Everything from the lighting and the angles exceeded my expectations. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be booking with her again!
